Welcome to Pinky (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Pinky is a social application that allows you to connect with friends and send "Hi" notifications that appear as Live Activities on your friends' devices. The App requires an Apple device running iOS 17.2 or later.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your profile, including your nickname.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content as your profile photo
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the App (such as your profile photo). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any third-party rights.
